Jonathan Powell and Mambo Jazz Party return to Colorado Springs in 1 show only. The group draws from Jonathan's 20-year freelance career as a trumpet player in the NYC salsa and Latin jazz scene. He was a regular member of Eddie Palmieri's groups for 10 years as well as recording and performing with Arturo O'Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, Miguel Zenon Big Band, Oscar Hernandez and Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Ricky Martin, and Tito Puente Jr among many more.

Also featured is Jeremy Powell, brother of Jonathan, a Saxophonist, visual artist and electronic music producer, based out of NYC where he has played and recorded with artists such as Arturo O'Farrill, Dan Pugach, Manuel Valera, and Eddie Palmieri among others.”
